Signia Sleeves 3.0 provide a comfortable, secure, and acoustically balanced fit for Signia RIC hearing aids. They come in three types—Open, Closed, and Power—and in sizes XS, S, M, and L to suit different ear canal shapes.
The Open Sleeve offers light ventilation and a natural sound experience with reduced occlusion. The Closed Sleeve provides better sound focus and noise control for mild to moderate hearing loss. The Power Sleeve gives a tight acoustic seal for maximum amplification and stability.
All sleeves use soft medical‑grade silicone for all‑day comfort. The updated 3.0 interface improves retention and reduces slippage, even during active movement.
